What to Expect in a Group Class at 4UrLife Movement?


Walking into a group class for the first time? Here’s a sneak peek at what’s waiting for you:


  • Muscle Factory: Mondays at 6:00pm: This class is focused on muscle development and definition. We utilize a variety of resistance bands to challenge all of your muscles including your core. Resistance training does more than just make your muscles stronger it can also boost your metabolism, improve your post

    ure and mood!

  • Strive: Mondays & Thursdays at 9:00am: Strive is a 60-minute total body beginner class. This class offers low and moderate level modifications. If you looking to get back to fitness or find an alternative way to move your body, Strive is the way to go! This class also can be done in person or online via zoom!


  • Cardio Kickboxing: Tuesdays at 6:00pm: This unique martial arts style cardio workout will help you improve both your endurance and body strength. Learn proper techniques for punches and kicks in this non-contact class. This workout will challenge your stamina and coordination while getting your heart racing as we layer moves together into kickboxing combos. All levels welcome, no gloves needed.


  • Werk it Circuit: Wednesdays at 6:00pm: You won't be bored when you do circuit training. This workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time. You’ll move quickly through 6-8 exercise stations to work different muscle groups with little to no rest between. This class is the best of both worlds, muscular strength and cardio!


  • Morning Boost: Thursdays at 6:30am: This class offers a variety of total body strength and conditioning exercises. Designed to change each week to target all major muscle groups in multiple ways. This class incorporates free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and kettlebells. This workout is suited for both the beginner and the fitness buff. Get your day started right!


  • Flow & Restore: Thursdays at 6:15pm: A mindful flow meets restorative yoga class that helps unravel embodied stress and tension. Students are encouraged to adapt the pacing and postures to their own practice in pursuit of cultivating ease, relaxation or more vigor. This class ties breath to movement between individual postures. Focusing on strengthening, lengthening, and stretching through a creative series of postures in constant motion. The class winds down with meditation and postures that facilitate rest and stillness.


The vibe is upbeat and encouraging, with instructors cheering you on every step of the way. It’s like having a cheer squad and a coach rolled into one!

  2. Book your group class ahead of time on our website: We offer a first time try discount price for all first timers. Get your first group class for $18! Every group class has a cutoff point on when you can sign in. Make sure you sign up ahead of time if possible. If you cannot sign up, feel free to give us a call (617) 477-4014 and we can update you on the status of a group class.
