How much does it cost?
We offer a variety of flexible pricing options tailored to your goals, including private 1:1 training sessions, group exercise classes, nutrition counseling, and healthy lifestyle coaching. To help you find the best fit, we invite you to schedule a FREE 60-minute consultation where you can tour our space, meet one-on-one with a fitness expert, and discuss your fitness and nutrition goals. Together, we’ll determine what program aligns best for you.
How do I get started?
Just fill our contact us form at the bottom of this page and we’ll contact you within 24 hours to walk you through the process and help schedule your consultation.

Your consultation is 100% free. Once you arrive for your visit, you will be greeted by our welcome staff and be asked to fill out paperwork. To save time, we recommend filling out your paperwork electrically through our reminder email that will be sent to you prior to your appointment. Once this step is completed, you will meet with one of our fitness experts that will discuss your wellness goals and help customize a fitness or nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle.
How do I book group exercise sessions?
Please visit our services tab to get a live calendar look of group fitness classes during the week. Once you find a class you want to try, simply tap book to sign up for your first class! Take advantage of our first time deal and get your first class for $18!
