Savory Fluffy Egg White Omelet Ready in 10 Minutes!

Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/2 tablespoon of unsalted butter
1 tablespoon chopped chives
3 oz smoked trout, crumbled (or smoked salmon)
1 or 2 tablespoons sliced red onion (or shallot)
Instructions:
Step 1:
Whisk the egg white vigorously until they are homogeneous. Whisk in salt and pepper.
Step 2:
Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium-low heat.
Step 3:
Add the whisked egg whites and swirl the pan until the mixture is evenly distributed.
Step 4:
Cover and cook over medium -low heat until the egg whites begin to set. Use a spatula to gently push the edges in slightly and swirl the pan so that any uncooked eggs on the top pour over the sided to the edges of the pan and cook.
Step 5:
Once the omelet is mostly set carefully flip it with a lightly oiled large spatula and turn off the heat.
Step 6:
Add the toppings to one half of the omelet: chopped chives, smoked trout, red onion and fold the other half over the toppings.
Step 7:
Serve immediately with a side salad. Enjoy!
