Baked Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients
4 medium Honeycrisp apples, peeled, cored and sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced 1/4 inch thick
¾ cup light brown sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
Step1:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl combine 4 sliced Honeycrisp apples
2 sliced Granny Smith apples
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt
Step 2:
Stir until the apples are fully coated. Transfer the mixture to a 9-by-13-inch baking dish cover with foil.
Step 3:
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and stir the mixture.
Step 4:
Bake, uncovered, until the apples are tender and caramelized, about 10 minutes more. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
