Meet 4UrLife’s Newest Coach: Arlet Moronta

We're excited to welcome Arlet Moronta to 4UrLife Movement!

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Arlet’s path into fitness was fueled by both curiosity and heart. Before becoming a certified personal trainer, she worked in community services, café restaurants and at Lifetime as a health barista. Determined to grow in the industry, she mentored under experienced trainers, gaining hands-on knowledge before stepping into her role as a certified trainer. Previous to joining us here at 4UrLife, she spent 3 years as a certified personal trainer.

Her passion for movement began long before her professional career. As a kid, she ran outdoors with her sister, created her own at-home workouts, and danced to Zumba in her moms living room. What started as fun became something much more meaningful.

“It started to become something I enjoyed for myself and it helped me feel good in my body. I started to see the results of just doing at-home workouts and creating my progress over time.”

That early experience of building confidence through consistency still shapes her coaching philosophy today.

Arlet describes her coaching style as patient and intentional. She priorities proper form, education, and helping clients truly understand their bodies before progressing. Her goal isn't just short term results, its long term confidence and sustainability.

“I don't just train to get other results. I train so they continue this lifestyle and become the most confident version of themselves.”

Clients can expect a well-rounded approach that includes strength training, mobility, stretching, and low-impact work. She believes variety and steady progression are key to helping people feel strong, capable and supported.

Arlet values being a part of a team that creates a space where clients feel cared for and coaches are encouraged to grow, contribute and continuously improve.

Outside the gym, Arlet enjoys dancing, hiking, reading, cooking new foods, filming content, singing, and continuing her education in health science. Her commitment to learning reflects the same energy she brings to her clients, always growing, always improving.

Her advice to anyone starting their wellness journey is simple and empowering: “Do this as an investment for yourself and no one else. Stop the excuses and start now, don't wait until you have motivation. You have the control!”

We're proud to have Arlet as part of the 4UrLife Movement family and we can't wait for you to train with her!
