
Ingredients
1 Large Sweet Potato
2 Packets Avocado Mash
2 Tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
2 Tbsp Feta Cheese
Avocado Oil Spray
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 F. Boil sweet potato(s) for 5 minutes to soften. Drain your boiling water, take the potato out and let it cool down.
Slice into desired thickness.
Step 2
Grab your baking pan and spray the pan with avocado oil. Place sweet potato slices on greased baking pan and spray slices with avocado oil.
Step 3
Bake sweet potato slices for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 4
Remove slices from the baking pan and top with avocado mash. Top with feta cheese and pomegranate seeds. Serve
