Meet Sinceree Clark Diego: Bringing Strength, Sass & Peppa to Hustle & Muscle

Black woman in a black ruffled top and plaid pants stands hands on hips in a bright hallway, gazing at the camera.

There’s something special about finding an instructor who doesn’t just lead a workout but brings their whole personality into the room.

At 4UrLife Movement, we’re excited to welcome Sinceree Clark Diego to our community as the newest instructor for Hustle & Muscle on Wednesdays at 6pm. A Boston native, health and wellness instructor, former volleyball and tennis competitor, music lover, and self-described lover of all things with a little spice, Sinceree brings an energy that is uniquely her own.

Her approach to fitness is simple: get stronger, move intentionally, have some fun, and don’t be afraid to bring a little sass along the way.

For Sinceree, becoming a group fitness instructor is about more than leading a class. It’s about representation. She wants to see and be a different picture of what strength and fitness can look like.

“I became a group fitness instructor because I wanted to see more people like me. A strong woman of color who doesn't fit the stereotypical fitness mode.”

That message is at the heart of what she hopes to bring to 4UrLife Movement. Her classes are strength-based, with an emphasis on proper form and intentional lifting, but you can also expect plenty of laughs and a healthy dose of her personality.

Or, as Sinceree puts it, she plans to add her own “peppa” sauce to the Movement.

And we’re here for it.

But there’s much more to Sinceree than what happens during a workout. Get to know the woman behind the weights as she talks about her Boston roots, her love of music, her favorite foods, the phrase that keeps her motivated, and why she believes there is no one-size-fits-all definition of a healthy body.

Meet Sinceree: The Q&A

Q: Sinceree, we are so excited to have you join the Movement. Where are you from?

A: Thank you! I am from Boston, MA.

Q: What do you do for a living?

A: As a health & wellness instructor, I live my life inspiring & motivating people in a healthy lifestyle.

Q: What made you decide to become a Group Fitness Instructor?

A: I became a group fitness instructor because I wanted to see more people like me. A strong woman of color who doesn't fit the stereotypical fitness mode.

Q: Tell us about the type of classes you like to instruct.

A: My classes are strength based but with a little sass. I like to instruct and lead with proper form, intentional lifting and laughs.

Q: What makes your classes stand out?

A: I aim to put a bit of my personality in everything I do.

Q: How do you see yourself contributing to 4UrLife Movement's wonderful community?

A: My contribution will be to add my own “peppa” sauce to the community. I love fitness and smile through all the good and bad so my upbeat personality will be a positive addition to 4UrLife Movement.

Q: What are your hobbies outside of being a group class instructor?

A: I love music so you will see me dancing at concerts, festivals and other events in the city.

Q: What's one phrase you live by and why?

A: “Strength comes in all sizes.”

As a healthy woman who has competed in volleyball and tennis, you don't see a lot of women of my stature so it can play with your mind. I remember this to keep my goals in front view. Healthy bodies are not a one size fits all.

Q: What are your favorite foods?

A: I love foods with a bit of spice. I enjoy a good plate of oxtail or curry goat. My favorite snacks can be either salty or sweet. I like both.

Q: What's one piece of advice you would give to someone who may be starting their wellness journey for the first time?

A: “It is a journey. You will have a setback but keep it consistent and you will always thrive to succession.”
