Coach’s Corner: What Keeps Coach Eddie Motivated?

Hey everyone, Coach Eddie here!

As we head into a new season and get back into our regular routines, I wanted to share what keeps me motivated to live the fitness lifestyle and what continues to inspire me as a coach.

For me, it all comes down to seeing people grow and achieve results.

There’s nothing better than working with someone, pushing them to become a little stronger, a little more confident, and a little better than they were yesterday. Watching someone reach a goal they once thought was out of reach gives me a strong sense of purpose. Honestly, it’s one of the biggest reasons I love what I do.

I also believe that what you put out into the world comes back to you. When I give my energy, knowledge, and support to help someone improve, I get that same positive energy back and it motivates me to keep working toward my own goals.

That’s what makes fitness such a powerful lifestyle. We challenge each other. We grow together. We win together.

Whether your goal is to get stronger, lean out, improve your mobility, or simply feel better and more capable in your everyday life, I’m here to help you get there.
