Step by Step Instructions

Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil and toss to coat.Grill until fully cooked and slightly charred — about 8 minutes per side — or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes, then slice.

2. Make the Dressing In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, the remaining olive oil, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
