Easy Frozen Coconut Lemonade

Ingredients
3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 4 or 5 lemons)
Zest of 2 lemons
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar or equivalent alternative sweetener
2 ½ cups ice cubes
Directions
Step 1:
Add the lemon juice, sweetener of choice, coconut milk and ice to a blender.
Step 2:
Blend until the ice is crushed and the mixture gets slushy.
Step 3:
Taste and add more ice or sweetener to reach your desired consistency.
Step 4:
Divide the coconut lemonade into glasses, garnish with lemon wedge and serve immediately.
