Ingredients
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2½ tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1½ teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon grated garlic
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
1 pound cremini mushrooms, quartered
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Whisk 3 tablespoons vinegar
2½ tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons mustard
1½ teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper together in a large bowl.
Add 1-pound quartered mushrooms; toss until evenly coated.
Spread in a single layer on to a large, rimmed baking sheet covered in foil.
Step 3
Place in oven, stirring once halfway through, until the mushrooms are tender and browned.
Allow the sauce to thickened enough to coat the mushrooms.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley!
