3 Beans & Grains


Ingredients:


1 tbsp. vegetable oil


1/2 medium red onion


1 can (15.5 oz.) pinto beans


1 can (15.5 oz.) red kidney beans


1 can (14.5 oz.) cut green beans


1 package Knorr® Cheddar Broccoli Rice Side


2 tbsp. red wine vinegar


Directions:

Step 1:

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Slice red onion, rinse and drain beans. 

Add beans and onions to the skillet, cook for 4 minutes. Remove from the skillet.


Step 2:

Add 2 cups water and Knorr Cheddar Broccoli Rice to the same skillet and bring to a boil. 


Step 3:

Reduce heat, cover and cook for 7 minutes or until rice is tender.


Step 4:

Stir reserved bean mixture into Rice and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in red wine vinegar!
